Summary
The Pope is seated. A man kneels before him holding out an architectural plan and a drafting compass. The Pope is pointing to the man or something on the plan. Several other men, some in religious robes, are gathered around. A boy wearing armor stands to the right of the Pope.
Note
Two separate plates used, one for the image which includes the title and an additional line of Latin text beneath the image, and another for a block of Latin text lined up and printed directly beneath the first plate. The latter plate includes the artist's and publisher's names.

This is most likely a plate from "Praecipua Urbis Romanae templa", published by Collignon in 1650.
