Summary
A young woman, her head covered with a black hood or scarf fastened in a knot under her chin, stands behind a table, turned half l. A wide pointed collar with a wide lace border covers her shoulders and falls into points to her waist. Her r. hand rests on a plate of fruit - grapes, pears, apples - and she holds an apple in her l. hand.--From Pennington.
