Details where Richard Tottell lived and worked (1556-1589) as printer and bookseller; and which later housed publisher-booksellers from Tottell's assigns and John Jaggard (1594-1622) to the law-book specialists Butterworths and Clowes (1818-1907), and three of the most celebrated London coffee houses of the 17th and 18th centuries, Dick's, Nando's, and The Rainbow.
