Ford notes two editions, including variant issues and states, of Walker's 1734 Hamlet, although this edition is not described. Other editions/issues can be recognized by the signing of leaves C2 and H2, variations in imprint address, and variations in preliminary gatherings and their signatures.

Compare to ESTC T54098. It is not clear that individual copies of the plays were issued with the Life (xxviii p.; signatures [a]² b¹²), intended to precede Hamlet in the collected edition, although many copies have it bound in.
