Scope and content
Concerns the attempt to secure a license to preach for Robert Wright, which failed. Barwick regrets Lady Rich's displeasure and denies that he was the cause of troubles, "conc[er]ning [th]e doing[es] of Wright and dicke Riche in my Late lorde y[ou]r husband[es]" time.

Contemporary copy. Written on verso: "True copye of a letter send by Mr barwicke vnto the ould Lady Rich, copyed owt of his own letter sent vp by Mr Howell, thorough Mr Ritchin, or others that dwelleth in the black friers coming with &c"
