Loose working account papers of John Pykarell, cofferer of the Duke of Somerset, made during the reign of Edward VI, before and after the Duke's execution. Also includes accounts for work done at Somerset Place, London (leaves 53-67), a letter from Richard Whalley to John Pykarell regarding the date of Somerset's apprehension and when commissioners took inventory, May 11, ca. 1553 (leaf 63), and "The Surplusage of thaccompte of John Pykarell late cofferer w[i]th the late Duke of Som[er]sett" (leaf 68).
