Account of the arraignment of Richard Weston, relating to the presumed poisoning of Thomas Overbury. Includes the examinations of Lawrence Davies and Henry Payton, servants to Overbury, Richard West, Sir Thomas Monson, Sir Jervis Elwys (i.e. Helwys), Simon Marston, musician, Paul de la Bell, apothecary, Giles Rawlings and the Lieutenant of the Tower, as well as the sentence and execution of Weston.
