Contains portions of treatise on Heralds and the Office of Earl Marshal including: "What inconueniences & abuses haue falne out by suffringe the kings att Armes to giue Coats" and "An answere to such reasons as some Heraults haue pretended in defence of ther usurped interest to giue armes." (These are chapters 3 and 4 in Folger MS V.b.7, p. 34-69).
