Oval frame in center with cornucopia on each side supported by putti. In the frame, a portrait of George van Ettenhard, with moustache and imperial and a lace collar. The border of the frame is lettered "D. Georgius ab Ettenhard, Sacri Imperii Eques, Thesaurarius Supremus Sanctae Cruclae in Hispaniis, etc."
