Scope and content
Contains many cake, wine and preserve receipts, including a cake without yeast and wine made from gooseberries and one of sage. Also includes a few medicinal receipts, including "A Dyet Drink for the Greene sicknesse," "A Water for sore eyes," several salves for the breast, and "To abate [th]e swelling of [th]e throat by [th]e small pox."
