The topic of Winter's resignation from the Tribune arose and Moss writes to express esteem for Winter and his work and regret that his criticisms no longer appear in the Tribune. On letterhead of the Society for the Prevention of Crime, New York. Addressed to Winter in New Brighton, S.I.
