Concerning a letter sent to Winter from Mr. Herbert Stone regarding the care of William Winter's half sister, Miss Louisa A. Winter, a patient of Dr. Putnam's. Addressed to Putnam at 9, Dana Street, Cambridge, Mass and addressed from c/o Moffat, Yard & Company, 120, West 32nd Street, New York, N.Y. Winter encloses a copy of a letter he sent to Stone. The enclosed copy of a letter is addressed from New York, N.Y. and dated May 3, 1917. It is addressed to Mr. Herbert E. Stone, c/o The Second National Bank, Boston, Mass. Includes several annotations in Winter's hand; annotation on second leaf indicates: "Copy: submitted to Dr. Putnam, of Boston." Winter's own file copy, signed.
