For Heneage to surrender the site of the dissolved Priory of Nun Ormsby, Lincolnshire, and the manors of Nun Ormsby and of Faxfleet, Yorkshire, valued at £108, 19 shillings, 1 pence. In exchange Heneage to receive the manors of Thorndon, Suffolk (the late Anne of Cleves' residence); Mildenhall, Suffolk; Ulting, Essex; Hurn, Hampshire; Whitstable, Kent; Whitechurch, Dorset; and 3 messuages in Southampton; total value £109, 15 shillings, 11 pence. To Thomas Heneage, his brother Michael Heneage and his son-in-law Moyle Finch. Sign manual of the Queen, and witnessed by Burghley and Sir Walter Mildmay.
