Autograph album of a councilor to the Duke of Mecklenburg probably created during the wedding celebrations of James VI of Scotland and Anne of Denmark in 1590. Contributors include: the King and Queen of Scotland, 1590 (p. 3); Christian IV of Denmark and Sophie, the Queen Mother of Denmark, 1591 (p. 2); many Danish and German nobles including other members of Anne's family; and Peter Munch, Nicholas Kaas and George Rosencrantz, three of the four co-regents during the minority of Christian IV (Peter Guildenstern was the fourth regent).
