For the release of two Scotsmen, Laurence Oliphant and Robert Douglas, prisoners in Algiers.
Note
According to Cokayne's Complete peerage, both men were drowned in 1585 after capture by pirates, but rumors of their captivity in Algiers survived until ca. 1600, despite their wives remarriage.
