Scope and content
(1), addressed to Mr. Chapple, Pall Mall, suggests meeting to "settle matters relative to a dissolution of partnership." Annotation: Recd. Jany. 26/20. (2), addressed "Dr Sir," is a letter of introduction for an unnamed gentleman. The letter appears to have been addressed to Mr. Crib and then possibly forwarded to a Rev. Mr. Nixon at 37 Burr Street.
