In (1), written from New York City, Pray mentions that he forgot to take copies of the prologue and epilogue to Julietta Gordini with him. (2-4) concern Mr. Brooke and include references to his playing Hamlet, Othello and Macbeth, among other roles. Most letters sent from Pray at the National Theatre, Washington, to Wright at the National Theatre, Boston. (4), a telegram, accompanied by envelope from House's Printing Telegraph.
