A history of the crown's assertion of prerogative rights to money in the past, likely compiled as part of Charles I's attempts to find non-Parliamentary means of support during the 1626 Parliamentary session. On leaf 24, "A breif or Abstract of the Revenewes of most of the Princes of Christendome," followed by an incredulous account of Russian finances "w[hi]ch sum is soe incredible, that I dare not averr it, nor doe not beleive it" (leaf 24v).
