Correspondents: [John Payne] Collier, Edwin Landseer and Thomas Joseph Pettigrew. Jane Emma Collier has used the back of (1) to practice handwriting. Letter (1) to Collier asks him to intervene and correct the misapprehension that he, Harness is the editor of a recent edition of Shakespeare's Works, and that the life of Shakespeare attached to it is a new one, when it is the one prefixed to his edition of 1825. (4-5) concern the purchase of Shakespeare's birthplace.
