(2) mentions that the Edinburgh review is so crowded that the editor cannot promise an article on land tenures, but "no doubt one will be inserted before the end of the year." Letters written from the New University Club, St. James's Street, S.W. and The Cloisters, Westminster Abbey, S.W.
