Chiefly further elaborations on his article on "The Elizabethan stage Throne" in The Texas Review III, No. 2, in addition to three letters to him from Hamilton Bell and G.F.Reynolds, 1912-1913. The letters from Bell discuss questions raised by Bell's "contributions to the History of the English Playhouse", in The Architectural Record, XXXIII, Nos. 3-4, March and April 1913; Lawrence had announced the identity of plan between Inigo Jones' plan for a theatre and the Cockpit at Whitehall.
