Summary
Poetical miscellany of Charles Plumptre. Contains poetry almost entirely by contemporary poets. The autograph of the compiler, C. Plumptre, is dated September 7, 1728; an epilogue ending on p. 91 is dated 1729, the date apparently of its delivery.

Armorial bookplate of John Plumptre, the compiler's eldest brother (British Museum, Franks coll., no 23729), who survived him.
