Written by Gabriel Harvey and transcribed by J.P. Collier, who edited it in his Illustrations of early English literature, London, privately printed, 1869? Harvey's New letters was part of his paper war with Thomas Nashe. This manuscript is imperfect; it ends in the middle of a sentence. Original edition published in 1593 (STC (2nd ed.), 12902).
