A list of 780 items, by J.O. Halliwell-Phillipps, not all concerning Shakespeare, arranged in no apparent order. Material is arranged in eight columns: (1) number, (2) author and title, (3) size, (4) "Printed at," (5) date, (6) "Birmingham Lib.," (7) "If Have," (8) "remarks." The last three columns are left blank. No. 656 is no doubt Folger's STC 5779 (cf. Halliwell-Phillipps, Rarities...1891, no.279). The handwriting in the indexes is of Halliwell-Phillipps.
