Call number scheme: first element indicates container type (1 = letter-size file, 2 = legal-size file, 3 = 5x8 card file, 4 = other; second element indicates topic (serial numbers applied to alphabetic list); third element indicates item number within container/topic group, e.g. BALL 1.5.9 = the ninth item in the fifth topic in the letter-size folders.
All material rehoused in 2007; folders housed in 10 document boxes and one drop-side box; 5x8 cards housed in one two-drawer metal filing box. Metal file drawers replaced with metal-edge boxes 2020-09-30.
