Consists of commentary on Psalms 108-134, with emphasis on Hebrew letters, vowels, and accents. Near the end of the commentary on Psalm 119, on leaf 71v, is an ink drawing of a lute with tablature underneath (Leaf 71r: "Heer therfore is to be purtreyed a lute for the Instrument of tenn stringes, for the fifteen stops or asscents of Sound, therupon to signify the Inchantment of the Name of God vpon thos Notes - Psalme 92").

In English with quotations and section headings in Hebrew.

Text begins with heading, "The fift book," presumably part of a set. Running titles: "The sight of the Psalmes" (leaves 1-36r); "The revelation of the Psalmes" (leaves 36v-105v).

Text signed "XT" and dated "Nov. 1622" at end, leaf 105v. Written in italic hand with numerous additions and corrections to the text.
