Summary
Has had an operation for a noise in his head. He rejoices that he wept at the West Indian [by Richard Cumberland]. Keate is still harping upon his "Semiramis." He wants him to know that he returned every paper he had received from Mrs. [Benjamin?] Hoadly, including "The country burial," despite some disbelief on her part. "The contrast" could be made an entertainment.
