Title leaf is wormed, damaged, and inlaid, with loss of some of the woodcut border and affecting "Hyrd" in title. MS. markings and notes, including MS. prayer on B4v, dated "12⁰ September 1637" and beginning: "Lord a thousand yeares are in thy sight but as yesterday and a day as a thousand yeares ..." A2.3 mutilated and repaired at head upper corner, affecting text. Stained.
