DFONOTE SMT since the single sheet in id s3113 has the same fingerprint as that for sheet 2 above, could we add that another edition of sheet 2 has in title: '...actes [lower case 'a'] of Parliament [no comma]?; you should have pix of DFo copy from report of this, but it looks to me as if sheet 1 could fit Steele I 519 (although it differs from id s3747 by having 'according' in title - both have the same historiate initial letter) and sheet 2 could be Steele I 518. This does not appear to be Steele I 517; perhaps it is best not to supply a Steele number (printed STc does not)
