At London : Printed by Robert Walde-graue, and are to be solde by Richard Iones, dwelling at the signe of the Rose and the Crowne, neere vnto Holburn Bridge, 1586.
Leaf B2, which was intended to be cancelled because the last 2 lines of verse on the recto were offensive, is present in the Folger Library copy along with the cancel, which explains the omission--STC. Folger Library disagrees in that the 2 lines of verse are on the verso of leaf B2 cancelland. Signatures: pi⁴ [par.]⁴ A⁴ B⁸(±B2) C-Q⁸ R⁴. Another issue has author's name "Angel Daye" on title page and quire [par.] is signed 2*. Stationers' register: Entered to Jones with Waldegrave's consent 7 November [1586].
