Printed in civilité type on top half of a full sheet.
There are four major states. (1) Last complete line of text ends: 'ffrance'; date of repayment is 'the foure and twentieth' with month and year blank. (2) Last complete line of text ends: 'Raigne'; date of repayment in this and the following is 'within eighteene monethes'. (3) Last complete line of text ends: 'the' (Formerly 9236). Last 7 lines reset. (4) Last complete line of text ends: 'our'. Last 4 lines reset.
Identified as STC 9236 on UMI microfilm.

Condition assessed on 2017-03-17. Wax seal on verso of document is deteriorating badly. Conservation devised protective housing until more intensive treatment can be completed.
