A reply to the "Theses Martinianae", which were ostensibly written by Martin Junior, i.e. Martin Marprelate, who has been identified with John Penry and, more probably, with Job Throckmorton.

The imprint is fictitious; printed in London by John Charlewood in October? 1589.

A variant (STC 19456) lacks comma after "Printed" in the imprint.
