The first leaf is blank.

The folded leaves are (1) a table of contents, signed "A", and (2) "Encyclopaedia seu orbis literarum", an engaved schedule of lectures. (An earlier state of the latter is sometimes found with STC 19006.) Variant: the schedule is a letterpress sheet, "Speculum academicum".

With a final errata leaf.

F.S. Ferguson notes call for B3 cancelled by a quarter-sheet with first leaf signed "A". Madan says table of contents insert is signed "A".
