cs289. Imperfect: wanting gatherings A-C, leaves G4 and H1, and gathering K; supplied in place of the title leaf is the title leaf from the 1631 edition (STC 22295). Re-bound in brown limp vellum by the Folger Library in 1999; previously bound in a paper cover, which covered earlier paste paper and printed waste (the back printed waste (ships papers) has been rebound in at the end). Provenance: stamped armorial bookplate with motto: "Nec ab ordine credunt" (arms and motto of Buckworth family of Cley, Norfolk); inscribed on front inside of previous cover: "JP 57"; inscribed on t.p.: "E C"; inscribed on surviving front fly-leaf: "To Sheridan Knowles Esqr. with Josh. [Joseph?] Hardy's respectful compts. Lisbon 1845"
