ESTC staff note
Lysimachus Nicanor is the pseudonym of John Corbet. - STC 5753, 5754 and 5755 evidently represent an "edition" with several quires wholly or partly in two settings or reimposed, complicated by a title page variant. Beware of sheets occurring in various combinations. CSmH and NNUT copies of 5754 have the following characteristics: B1r, line 3 of text ends "cove-"; D2v, line 5 begins "and" (D inner forme appears unaltered from CSmH copy of 5755); E3v, line 4 begins with a swash G; H1r, line 8 ends "about".
