Title page is possibly a cancel. This edition has title page ornament consisting of eight, slightly different, small rectangular shapes combined to form one larger rectangle. Another edition consists of four identicle, non-rectangular shapes.
The imprint is false; probably printed in London by Robert Bostock.
"Severall speeches, spoken by the Right Honourable the Earle of Loudoun, Lord high Chancellor of the kingdome of Scotland: at a conference with a committee of the Honourable Houses in the Painted Chamber, October 1646" has separate dated title page; pagination and register are continuous.
