Note
"The charge for Admission to the Church is 6d. each. There is no other fee, and a copy of this short description is given to each Visitor."
The parish, under vicar John Day Collis, began charging admission of 6d in 1887, a controversial policy which continued until 1961. (See Thomas, "Shakespeare and commercialism," in Shakespeare in the nineteenth century, 2012.)
