With an advertisement for "A second volume of familiar letters, written by the late Lord Rochester, the Duke of Buckingham, and Sir George Etherege" at foot of title.
Without the music.
The pagination and register are irregular; text is continuous.
The same sheets were reissued in the same year, with the imprint partially reset, with the addition of a singleton (signed A2) containing prologue and epilogue, corrections to the register and pagination, and the correction of the date at the end of the dedication (Wing P3053).
