Within Part 2 "The hind and panther transvers'd to the story of the country-mouse and the city-mouse", by Matthew Prior (published originally in 1687), has divisional title page on F1r; pagination and register are continuous.
Part 2 contains Latin as well as English verse.

It seems likely that Part 2 was also issued separately, but Wing does not record such an edition. Wing S5325A is the 1697 edition of "State-poems". Verify that the 1699 edition was issued only as part 2 of P2721.
