His Maiesties manifest touching the Palatine cause" (Wing C2525). The edition with this title includes the response of the Scottish Parliament of August-Sept. 1641. Also published with title "His Maiesties manifestation concerning the Palatine cause" (Wing C2426); this edition contains the king's manifest only. A Latin edition, "Regiae Majestatis declaratio de causa Palatina" (Wing C2173), includes the response of the English Parliament.
