An ordinance of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament ; for taking and receiving of the accompts of the whole kingdom. Together with the names of the committee which are appointed for that service, who are to enquire of all misdemeanours touching the premises. Also, an oath to be taken by every person of the said committee before he enter into the said office, before the speaker for the time being of either Houses of Parliament.
