This edition contains the title page and apparently at least part of the sheets of the first edition, with an additional 40 pages inserted preceding chapter 1 of the first edition.
Signatures: a² B-F⁴, ²B-Z² a² (-a2), ³B², ⁴B-E² F² (-F2).
