An ordinance or declaration of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament. : Shewing that all the regiments of foot, and troopes of horse, in London and all parts of England, shall within fortie eight houres after publication hereof, march to his Excellence, Robert Earle of Essex, to be imployed for the defence of his Maiesty and kingdome the priviledge of Parliament and liberty of the subiect.
