Original paper wrapper, bound in. Folger copy: First inscription: "For Willie - in remembrance of the place, Mollie. Xmas 1888" (on paper wrapper, front cover). Second inscription: "This gift of Mary Anderson received at Christmas 1888. William Winter" (verso of front paper wrapper).
