[Bound with:] Adelicher Ehestand. Das ist Christlicher und nützlicher Bericht für anfahende newe Eheleut im adelichen oder Ritterstande. Nuremberg, Ludwig Lochner, in verlegung Georg Endters the older, 1618. [Bound with:] Gebhard, Matthaeus: Gebetbüchlein in allerley roth genandt das geistlich ritter schwerdt. Oels [Oleśnica, Poland], Johann Bössemesser, 1613. [Bound with:] Klein bättbuoch, für Christenliche soldaten. [Zurich] 1633. With final blank present ... with pictorial frame to title-page and eleven woodcuts, nine of which have human figures, and the other two, symbols ... with ornamental frames to all pages. Browning, printing very faint at sig. C8, repairs, corners worn away particularly of this item’s title-page. Bound in decorated pigskin, dyed brown, stamped date to front cover 1652, red gauffered edges. Straps and fastenings (possibly replacing earlier ones). Binding repaired, new pastedowns and endpapers. Manuscript notes (possibly a contents list) on card at front, six pages manuscript notes at end, with dates 1704, 1709 and 1683. Slipped in at sig. H2 of first work: an old cut-out dog or cat, coloured in in pink."
