"The first issue had both title-page and colophon dated 1568. Both dates were changed to 1569, but the sheets were mixed so that it is possible to have a copy with 1569 title-page and 1568 colophon or 1568 title-page and 1569 colophon ... as well as 1569 title-page and 1569 colophon."--Mortimer. There is also an issue with an entirely different title-page, undated and with the entire title within an elaborate woodcut border. Cf. Mortimer.
