Caption title, leaf 7G2: An aditional act for the better observation of the Lords-Day, days of thanks-giving and humiliation.
The order to print on the last page is dated 6 April 1644, probably retained in error from the similar Act passed on that day.
Also issued as part of a through-paged folio set with a table for the entire set added.
Signatures: 7G-7H⁴ 7I²; 7I1 missigned 'Iiiiii'.
On 7G2: the last word of first line of text: 'effectu-'; first word of line below initial: 'and'; the last word of last full line of text: 'all'. Another edition (ESTC R8037) has different line endings, and "thanksgiving" is spelled correctly.
Title within double line border; title vignette: arms of the Commonwealth; factotum initial; text in black letter. The 9 in page number '809' is upside updown, resembling a '6'.
Not in: Crawford, J.L.L. Bibliography of royal proclamations of the Tudor and Stuart sovereigns and of others published under authority, 1485-1714.
