From dealer's description: "[THEATER]. Two theater tickets “Parterre” and “Amphiteatre”. Lyon, 1657 [?]. Two composing stick printed tickets with typographical borders (6,1 x 6,9 and 5,8 x 6,4 cm). Two rare theater tickets from the 17th century with wax seals of the Lyonese Hospices de l’Hôtel-Dieu. The museum of the latter possesses similar tickets issued for a charity performance of Molière’s École des femmes, on 15th February 1657."
