Imperfect, v. 1 lacking, v. 2, leaves 75-78 (gathering T), 84-85 (X2-X3) lacking, supplied from another copy; plates on leaves 67, 69, and 70 (R1,R3, and R4) vary from copy 1: plates on the versos of leaves 67 and 70 are switched (relative to Folger copy 1), and the plate on the verso of leaf 69, which should be the port. of Virginio Orsini, (name on cartouche at head of plate in copy 1), instead duplicates (as does one of the Harvard copies) the plate on the verso of leaf 78, purportedly of Paolo Orsino; there are 6 borders without portraits, enclosing only the names set in type. (Mortimer records 7.); borders of portraits on several plates, scattered throughout the volume, differ between copies. Half bound in vellum, with paper-covered boards; Inscription: A. M. Taylor.
