The text consists mainly of documents relating to the inauguration of Maria Theresa as Archduchess of Austria, signed "Per Regiam Majestatem" by Mathias Benedict Finsterwalder, description of festivities and listings of participants.
Illustrations: an allegorical portrait of Maria Theresa, with six coats of arms of Austrian nobility, engraved by Gustav Adolph Müller (dated 1742) after Andreas Felix Altomonte.
The following unsigned plate depicts the entry of Archduke Hüetl in Vienna, caption: "Einführung dess Ertz-Herzog Hüetls", which also appeared in the 1712 published "Erb-Huldigung" for Charles VI by Johann Baptist von Mairn. The captions vary on both prints.
The other plates are mostly unsigned, some are numbered in Roman numerals, and depict: the royal processon from the Imperial Palace to Sankt Stephansdom, the high mass in the Sankt Stephansdom (signed by Altomonte and Muller), the inauguration ceremony in the Ritter Stube, the Te Deum Laudamus mass in the Imperial Chapel, and six plates depicting various banquets. The plate depicting the royal banquet in the "Ritter Stuben" is signed by Altomonte. All plates include captions naming the most distinguished participants. Plates no. VIII, IX, X and XI appeared in 1712 in "Erb-Huldigung" for Charles VI by Johann Baptist von Mairn. Based on signatures in the 1712 work by Mairn, plate no. X "Hr.n Orr. Erb Fürschneiders Taffel ..." is engraved by Johann Andreas Pfeffel after Johann Cyriak Hackhofer.
